Impressive Chocolate-Amaretto Cheesecake For Diabetics and Dieters

If you opt for a dessert recipe that your diabetes and / or diet is sure to impress your friends or family, look no further. This sugar-free, low-fat, chocolate-amaretto cheesecake is exactly what you are looking for. It is impressive in appearance and taste. Your family and friends find it hard to believe this cake fits into their diet plans.

Diabetic Chocolate-AMARETTO CHEESECAKE

6 sugar free chocolate wafers (1 1 / 2 to 2 oz)
Cooking Spray
1Cup Equal Sugar-Lite
1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
4 oz fat-free cream cheese
8 oz 1 / 3 less fat cream cheese
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 / 4 cup flour
1 / 4 cup Amaretto
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Pinch of salt
1 large egg
2 tablespoons powdered sugar-free chocolate wafers for garnish

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Sixth place wafers in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground. Spray an 8-inch springform pan with cooking spray. SprinkleCrumbs on bottom of pan.

Place Equal, cottage cheese, cheese, cream, cocoa, flour, amaretto, vanilla sugar and salt in a food processor. Process ingredients until fluffy. Add eggs and process until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 300 degrees 55 minutes or until the cheesecake center barely moves when pan is stirred. Remove cheesecake from oven and run a thin knife around the outer edge to loosen from the pan. Sprinkle crushed wafers on top, ifdesired for garnish. Cool to room temperature. Cover, refrigerate and chill at least 8 hours.

Cut into 8 pieces to serve.

Note: This chocolate cheesecake is a great way to impress your guests. You will never believe that they actually eat a low-fat, sugar-free cheesecake!

Cookie Recipe For Diabetics - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar Cookies

I always tell people who do not take as a diabetic, diagnosed my desire for sweets. You see, we enjoy diabetics with "candy" too. Here is a recipe that is suitable for diabetics is to enjoy as dessert, or if it is a "sweet" snack crave. The Peanut Butter Bar Chocolate chip cookies are delicious and easy. And peanut butter is good for diabetics. Your local supermarket should be sugar-free chocolate chips on the side have regular customers. I buy Hershey's Sugar-Free> Chocolate Chips in my Walmart store.

PEANUT BUTTER BAR COOKIES Chocolate Chip

1 / 2 cup all-purpose flour

1 / 4 cup whole wheat flour

3 / 4 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 cup peanut butter

1 / 3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

1 egg, beaten

1 / 2 cup milk

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 / 2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; setaside.

On a large sheet of wax paper, the all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, baking powder and salt combine, stirring with a fork. In a bowl, peanut butter, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend to mix, and eggs, stir vigorously until smooth. The milk and vanilla. Smooth move, mix the flour mixture, stirring constantly until all is well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour batter evenly into the prepared baking pan press down, smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 15Minutes or until very lightly browned around the edges. Do not over bake, or your bars are too dry. Take from oven and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before cutting into bars.
