Cookie Recipe For Diabetics - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bar Cookies

I always tell people who do not take as a diabetic, diagnosed my desire for sweets. You see, we enjoy diabetics with "candy" too. Here is a recipe that is suitable for diabetics is to enjoy as dessert, or if it is a "sweet" snack crave. The Peanut Butter Bar Chocolate chip cookies are delicious and easy. And peanut butter is good for diabetics. Your local supermarket should be sugar-free chocolate chips on the side have regular customers. I buy Hershey's Sugar-Free> Chocolate Chips in my Walmart store.

PEANUT BUTTER BAR COOKIES Chocolate Chip

1 / 2 cup all-purpose flour

1 / 4 cup whole wheat flour

3 / 4 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 cup peanut butter

1 / 3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

1 egg, beaten

1 / 2 cup milk

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 / 2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; setaside.

On a large sheet of wax paper, the all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, baking powder and salt combine, stirring with a fork. In a bowl, peanut butter, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend to mix, and eggs, stir vigorously until smooth. The milk and vanilla. Smooth move, mix the flour mixture, stirring constantly until all is well. Make a Variety of Moist Cakes Using This Easy Technique

Chocolate Avocado Pudding Dessert

As a fanatical lover chocolate, I am always on the lookout for integrating new ways of chocolate in my diet. Here is a very unusual recipe that is both tasty and healthy. I keep a batch in the freezer and use it as my chocolate stash 'to me when these days will receive, the request drive me crazy. It is also a great treat for unexpected guests, and is a good complement to a cup of coffee.

Many of us have used avocado for guacamole, so we are familiar with thePudding texture, like an avocado production. This recipe uses the texture, and produces a rich chocolate pudding, are served either chilled or frozen.

2 ripe avocados
2 ripe bananas
1 / 4 cup soy or low fat milk
1 / 4 cup cocoa
1 / 8 to 1 / 4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Peel and pit the avocados, or only half of it, remove the pits, and scrape the contents with a spoon. Place in blender or food processor. The peeledBananas, cut into pieces as you add them. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth. To save calories, I use only 2 tablespoons of syrup, but you can, as much as 1 / 2 cup and increase even more the right consistency. Kid's Valentine's Day Recipes

Strawberries & White / Dark Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients:


1 cup cream
10 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 oz white chocolate, chopped

Sara Lee Pound cake cubed

Instructions:

1) Pour the cream into a small saucepan.

2) Place over medium heat.

3) Bring cream, just a simmer.

4) Remove from heat.

5) Add the semisweet chocolate.

6) stirring, until chocolate is melted and smooth.

7) Transfer mixture to a small ceramic fondue pot over a tea light.

8) Sprinkle the chopped white chocolate over the dark> Chocolate.

9) Do allow for one or two minutes to chocolate to melt.

10) Carefully run a spoon through the mixture of two or three times until marbled.

11) Serve with strawberries and other pieces of fresh fruit and cake for dipping.

Valentine's Day Cupcakes

A special treat to serve on Valentine's Day

Ingredients:

Red Velvet Cake Mix
Cream Cheese Frosting
Cinnamon Hearts
Heart-shaped cakeSchimmel

Instructions:

1) Make your cupcake batter according to package directions.

2) Pour into cupcake molds.

3) Bake.

4) Allow to cool shapes.

5) Frost with cream cheese icing, purchased
6) Decorate with cinnamon hearts.

Kid Valentine's Day cookies with M & M's

These cookies are so simple. Let the children join in the fun making these cookies.
Quick mounting and cooling is everythingrequired.

Ingredients:


1 box vanilla wafer cookies
1 pkg. Round pretzels
1 bag of Hershey's Kisses
1 8oz pkg. Valentine M & M candies

Instructions:

1) Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2) Put vanilla wafer cookies 1-inch spacing on ungreased baking sheet.

3) Place a chocolate Hershey's Kiss on the center of each cookie.

4) Preheat oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.

5) For the oven.

6) Gently press an M & M candy or a candyHeart in the center of the softened Hershey's Kiss.

Let cool completely, let the chocolate harden again.

Cool cookies in the refrigerator.

* Note: Chocolate may melt after removal from the refrigerator. Return cookies to the fridge
and let it harden again.

Pretzels

1) Place pretzels 1-inch spacing on ungreased baking sheet.

2) Insert a chocolate Hershey's Kiss in the center of each pretzeland bake for 5 minutes.

3) Remove from the oven.

4) Press an M & M candies in the center of the softened chocolate.

5) Try to fill in the small space between the chocolate and pretzels.

6) to cool completely.
