Mississippi Caramel Mud Cake

MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE CARAMEL

2-packages Caramels (about 100)

1 ⅓ cup evaporated milk

2 sticks butter, softened

2 tablespoons cocoa

1-cup coconut, chopped

16-ounce marshmallow creme

2 cups sugar

4 large eggs

1-teaspoon vanilla

1 ½ cups chopped pecans

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray with flour.

Combine the softened Butter, cocoa, coconut flakes, sugar, eggs, vanilla and chopped pecans in a large bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

While cake, caramels, and packed in medium saucepan with 1 ⅓ cups milk. Cook on low until caramels melt and mixture is creamy.

If the cake is done remove from the oven and pour hot caramel evenly evenly over hot cake and spread marshmallow cream over warm caramel. Allow to cool, frost with chocolate> Glaze (see recipe below).

Chocolate Birthday Cake Recipe

If you are a fantastic birthday cake recipe, you might want to consider something a little different. Not only your guests will be thrilled, but will your party special!

The following recipe is different, but not to the wall. It is still classified as "chocolate cake, perfect for any cake lover. It is absolutely fantastic for a change from the usual, often dry cake. Your birthday party and cake extra special!

Chocolate CakeRecipe:
SOUR CREAM CHOCOLATE CAKE & frosting

- CAKE --

2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
1 c. Water
3 / 4 c. Sour cream
1 / 4 c. Shortening
1 1 / 4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 / 2 tsp. Baking powder
2 eggs
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted

- Glaze: --

1 / 3 c. Butter
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3 c. Powdered sugar
1 / 2 c. Sour cream
2 tsp. Vanilla

Cake Directions: PreheatPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 13 cm x 9 oblong pan. Fairs give all the cake ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix 1 / 2 minutes on low speed, scraping bowl constantly. Beat 3 minutes at high speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into the pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes.

Frosting Directions: Place butter and chocolate thoroughly. Blend in sugar. Stir in sour cream and vanilla. Beat Stir until smooth.

Chocolate Marshmallow Cookie Recipe

The chocolate marshmallow cookie recipe is loaded with chocolate, in both the cookie as well as the frosting. Although with this cookie it’s what’s hidden inside that makes this treat unforgettable; a soft fluffy marshmallow!

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened Cocoa

1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder

1 / 2 teaspoon salt

18 large marshmallows, halved

Glaze:

3 tablespoons salted butter, soft

3 cups powdered sugar

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

1 pinch salt

4-6 tablespoons milk

Hardware

Whisk

Large bowl

2 x medium bowls

Baking trays

Mixers

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step2: In a medium bowl the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, whisk, set aside.

Step 3: In a large bowl with an electric mixer set on medium-high speed and cream the shortening and sugar.

Step 4: Beat in egg, milk and vanilla extract.

Step 5: Gradually beat flour mixture into the cream mix.

Step 6: Stop by teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet set.

- Shuffle Spread the other half of the filling
- Put the coffee-flavored cake layer on top
- Make holes in the cake
- Pour another 1 / 3 of the coffee mix for the second layer and spread the remaining filling over
- In the remaining cake layer on top
- Make holes in the cake
- Pour remaining coffee mixture on
- Spread sides and topof the cake with the glaze
- Place cocoa in a sieve and dust the top of the cake
- Garnish with chocolate curls, and refrigerate about 30 minutes
